All Rates are at the discretion of the Victoria Hall Management Committee and a deposit may be requested in certain circumstances CANCELLATIONS GIVING NOTICE OF LESS THAN ONE WEEK WILL INCUR THE FULL CHARGE UNLESS THE BOOKING CAN BE RELET
USERS SHOULD REMEMBER TO INCLUDE TIME SET UP IN THEIR BOOKING i.e. Time when the Hall is not available for use by other users
